To be clear, I didn't receive any service from them. I just called for a quote and it was a very poor experience. Literally only heard curt 3 words from the person. Hello, no, bye, then hung up. No help, no suggestions, didn't even answer the phone professionally. Maybe the person was just having a bad day.

Nelson is awesome experienced professional. I have been taking my Lexus GX 470 2005 for almost 20 years, maintained in excellent condition and no issues. LXT consistently gives the lowest rates and reliable service when compared to others in DMV area.
