I booked an appointment with Theresa and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She has the energy and personality that makes you want to come back to the same place! The other staff were extremely helpful and kind even though I wasn’t their client, an overall amazing experience and wonderful business to support. I would recommend getting all your spa services here as the customer service is incomparable.
Updated: I had two lash lift and tint appointments here in January, and then at the end of February. unfortunately, both were unsuccessful. While the tint took (barely), the lift did not work either time. I brought it to their attention after the first appointment, and they acknowledged that other clients had similar issues with a new product they were using. Had an appointment set for 3pm, I do admit I was late but the email I got said there’s a 10 minute grace period the first girl said that you cancel appointments at 8 minutes which wasn’t in the email. Once I said that then she said well I need more than 20 minutes to do a wax. I was there within the 10 minute grace period. They still declined my service. That’s when It became a problem. LWS was a joy to work with, they have the best customer service . Theresa assisted me in finding the perfect gift pkg. for my Granddaughter in law, not always an easy task with my being in South Carolina and my Granddaughter in Anchorage. LWS went out of their way to make the process smooth and timely.
just got my first eva wax (brazilian) here and my experience was wonderful! i felt so relaxed and cared for the entire time, shout out to brianna, the vibes were immaculate and she made it so painless and quick. 100% will be coming back!🫶
