I booked an appointment with Theresa and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She has the energy and personality that makes you want to come back to the same place! The other staff were extremely helpful and kind even though I wasn’t their client, an overall amazing experience and wonderful business to support. I would recommend getting all your spa services here as the customer service is incomparable.
Updated: I had two lash lift and tint appointments here in January, and then at the end of February. unfortunately, both were unsuccessful. While the tint took (barely), the lift did not work either time. I brought it to their attention after the first appointment, and they acknowledged that other clients had similar issues with a new product they were using. Had an appointment set for 3pm, I do admit I was late but the email I got said there’s a 10 minute grace period the first girl said that you cancel appointments at 8 minutes which wasn’t in the email. Once I said that then she said well I need more than 20 minutes to do a wax. I was there within the 10 minute grace period. They still declined my service. That’s when It became a problem. I LOVE MOLLY!! She is the best and makes you feel so comfortable and cozy. She’s super transparent on dos and don’ts when it comes to brazilian's. Super clean and friendly spa, highly recommend!
just got my first eva wax (brazilian) here and my experience was wonderful! i felt so relaxed and cared for the entire time, shout out to brianna, the vibes were immaculate and she made it so painless and quick. 100% will be coming back!🫶
