I booked an appointment with Theresa and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She has the energy and personality that makes you want to come back to the same place! The other staff were extremely helpful and kind even though I wasn’t their client, an overall amazing experience and wonderful business to support. I would recommend getting all your spa services here as the customer service is incomparable.

Customer service is very poor. I tried to schedule a facial for my girlfriend a week prior to the scheduled date online. I received a text the day before in the even saying an error on their part can I do 1pm. Replied back no and my appoint was canceled. I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. Updated: I had two lash lift and tint appointments here in January, and then at the end of February. unfortunately, both were unsuccessful. While the tint took (barely), the lift did not work either time. I brought it to their attention after the first appointment, and they acknowledged that other clients had similar issues with a new product they were using. Just had a Brazilian wax with Molly. It was great! It was the quickest and most painless wax I’ve had. I was in and out in half an hour. Will definitely be back!

Had an appointment set for 3pm, I do admit I was late but the email I got said there’s a 10 minute grace period the first girl said that you cancel appointments at 8 minutes which wasn’t in the email. Once I said that then she said well I need more than 20 minutes to do a wax. I was there within the 10 minute grace period. They still declined my service. That’s when It became a problem.
