I booked an appointment with Theresa and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She has the energy and personality that makes you want to come back to the same place! The other staff were extremely helpful and kind even though I wasn’t their client, an overall amazing experience and wonderful business to support. I would recommend getting all your spa services here as the customer service is incomparable.

Updated: I had two lash lift and tint appointments here in January, and then at the end of February. unfortunately, both were unsuccessful. While the tint took (barely), the lift did not work either time. I brought it to their attention after the first appointment, and they acknowledged that other clients had similar issues with a new product they were using. Had an appointment set for 3pm, I do admit I was late but the email I got said there’s a 10 minute grace period the first girl said that you cancel appointments at 8 minutes which wasn’t in the email. Once I said that then she said well I need more than 20 minutes to do a wax. I was there within the 10 minute grace period. They still declined my service. That’s when It became a problem. Theresa is amazing! She’s professional, quick, and makes the whole process so comfortable. The space is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend for a perfect brazilian wax! They also have the cutest salon dog!

I wanted to share my experience with LWS. All the staff and owner are amazing people! They’re super professional and most of all friendly. I feel comfortable with every service provided. Definitely recommend them for your beauty services!
