VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Voytek was the person I spoke with. He confirmed he would be at my house between 9:00 and 10:00 on Monday. When he didn't show I called him to find out where he was. He said he was going to come for 12:00 now. When I asked him why he didn't call to tell me he couldn't come, he said it was because he knew I'd be home all day.
