I have a gift card with the initials LW on them and no expiration date. I left a voicemail a month ago as there is no other way to contact the salon… my call has not been returned or acknowledged!! I also tried to message them on their FB business page, but could only leave a post. The gift card is only in the amount of 40$ , but I am interested in hair colour as well, so I would’ve been a paying customer and potentially a returning client depending on the quality of service. By far the best stylist and colourist in the city! Lesley Wainio is sweet, professional and always takes her time with me and does such an amazing job! Highly recommend! LW Hair Co. is the hottest shop to go to! She also does waxing and barbering! 😎😍

I had won a gift card at a charity auction for Mr Franks in November (which I guess this company took over or something akin to that). I didn't know that at all, so I called the number on the card to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was insincerely apologetic, and after a brief 10 second conversation, subsequently hung up on me.
