I work for a medium sized utility in Wisconsin... L.W. Allen installed our current SCADA system and have been using it over 10 years. In December of 2019 I singed a quote to replace some aging parts. I was emailing our contact all year and they said we will get to it. November of 2020 they told me they will not be able to get to it this year. This is hard when you have to fight to get the money and you get excuses and told sorry.
