I am extremely disappointed with the manicure I had today. I left in pain with 2 bleeding cuticles from the nail drill. And to top it off when I called to let management know, I received a very insincere “I’m sorry”. My biggest regret is that I didn’t get the name of the nail tech who injured me so I could warn other clients. I will not be going back even though the pedicure and brow wax were great. Such a disappointment.
My second time coming to Lvy Nails and I highly recommend it! I walked in on a weeknight around 5 and was able to get right in for a nail polish manicure. Very quick, professional, friendly staff! Wish there were a few more color options for plain polish (non-gel) but still found something I liked :)
