I got my nails done here and they do not sterilize or sanitize their tools, I saw that they use the same nail bit on my nails that they used on somebody else and they’re so unsanitary and because of that I got fungus and they refuse to refund me. Note: If nail was damaged service should’ve been declined by the establishment. The nail bits should be changed and sanitized properly.

This was the 2nd time at Ivy Nails. My nail technician was amazing both times. She also remembered the conversation we had last visit. Her work was great, she is fast, and she is VERY KIND.
