I had a very disappointing experience. My nails started breaking after only two days, and the polish was not applied properly. On top of that, the nail technician was rude, and I felt uncomfortable because she seemed to be gossiping about me while doing my nails. I paid for a service and expected better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with the results, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Went in to get a new set of gel nails done and I will say that will be the last time I go here. The girl doing my nails was very unfriendly, had absolutely no customer service skills at all, wouldn't/couldn't even bother to smile, acted like you were inconveniencing her by being there. In the hr it took her to do my nails the only thing she said to me was " go wash your hands, after she was done filing them.
