HE CUT ALL OF MY HAIR OFF AND I FACED THE WALL ENTIRE TIME!! Only until after all of it was cut off was I shown in the mirror. I faced the wall for the ENTIRE HAIRCUT. I even showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted. I wanted a big trim but not cut it all off. It will take 6+ months to get back to the length I requested. Safe to say I will never come back here. Unless you want a fade, don’t expect them to listen.
Didn't listen, took an hour to only do half my beard and messed up so bad that I left and shaved it all off. Complete waste of time and I would've been more pissed if my beard didn't already grow back so fast. I'm just glad he never got to my hair with how bad he did my beard.
Shout out to Barber August! My husband's go-to barber! Super polite, listens to needs and always sending my husband out with a clean cut!
