Staff was excellent when I came in for my appt. I have a hearing disability, they accommodated me and made the experience very smooth and comfortable. I normally have anxiety due to mask wearing and not being able to understand what is being said, I did not have any during this appointment. Doctors were very informative and explained everything, bedside manner was amazing. My 3 yr old daughter was even given coloring material and stickers to help keep her occupied.
