Most of the clinical doctors and staff are pretty great. Some of the secretaries are the worst. I dropped a form to be filled out and faxed to the school for my son recently. We live an hour away. My other son also had an appointment 2 days later. The secretary new this as I explained it to her and needed the form faxed before the school year started. Can never get ahold of anybody can never get an appointment.This Doctor's office is ridiculous.You go in there and I see their busy busy busy.Go in and it's 1 or 2 people.They're supposed to be emergency appointments and you can never get one
Horrible service, I would not recommend to anyone. If you really need help with you sick child find another provider because in this place they’re never going to help 👎👎👎👎
HORRIBLE. RUN AND GET YOURSELF A BETTER PEDETRICIAN , THIS DOCTORS DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD. IF YOU CHILD IS SICK THEY NEVER HAVE APPOINTMENTS FOR SAME DAY EVEN WHEN I CALL FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND TO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD IN . I WALK IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE MY CHILD WAS SICK AND THEY REFUSED TO SEE ME STATING THEY DON'T HAVE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE BUT THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY.
