WAITED over 2 HOURS for an appointment in a 79 degree room. The doctor FORGOT about my son whose appointment was at 3:15. When I finally spoke up and asked a woman who passed by I was taken to another room that was cooler and saw Dr. Torres, thankfully within 5 minutes and after another 5 minutes of being seen by her we checked out at 5:30. Unfortunately my daughter is still a patient here but that will soon change . No matter what reason you call for you can never get a person to help you . It’s always I will send the team a message . Sending that message can sometimes take 48 hours for a response. No one you speak to in the office can directly help you and there rude and do not listen they will cut you off mid sentence. I highly recommend this pediatric office. Everyone is caring and does their best to get you an appointment with a doctor as soon as they can. Dr. Bordas and Dr. Hamilton are amazing with families and children. They listen and genuinely care about their patients.
