Unfortunately my daughter is still a patient here but that will soon change . No matter what reason you call for you can never get a person to help you . It’s always I will send the team a message . Sending that message can sometimes take 48 hours for a response. No one you speak to in the office can directly help you and there rude and do not listen they will cut you off mid sentence. Dr. Hamilton is an exceptional physician who deserves the highest praise for his outstanding care and expertise. I highly recommend this pediatric office. Everyone is caring and does their best to get you an appointment with a doctor as soon as they can. Dr. Bordas and Dr. Hamilton are amazing with families and children. They listen and genuinely care about their patients.

I feel so sad seeing this office have so many poor reviews. We have had an amazing experience. I feel so incredibly grateful for this office, the staff, and especially Doctor Bordas for consistently going above and beyond with my daughter. The office is far for us, we drive nearly an hour but the care we have received has been so worth it. Every single time my kids have been sick they don't have an appointment for them. I only get one when I spend hours on the phone trying for this practice to make sense talking with managers and nurses until they understand they are our doctors and have to see our children. I tried the app to get an appointment and see if this time I was going to be "lucky" and they sent me to an emergency room. Please !!!! I was asking for a strept test and a check up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
