5 Stars for Dr. Parikh but 1 star fro the office workers.
Terrible service and care twice now. Thought that I'd give another Dr a try bc Dr Scholten doesn't give af about his patients care or pain. Dr. Le doesn't care either. Made an appoint on April 13th for June 13th. A month out when in unbearable pain. Get a message to bumb it up to today. Okay, im at work but also in pain. So i ask my boss to leave, accept the appointment only to get a call later and told I can't see Dr Le because I belong to Dr Scholten. I will never choose pain management here again. Just awful.
Still waiting for a call back. The medicine i was giving is only half working and I dont now have the 500 bucks to keep running to the hospital
Dr Wilson is the most arrogant & rude person I have ever met. He actually deserves negative five stars. He never said hello or introduced himself when he came into my examination room.He never examined my back. He spent most of the time looking at his watch during the 8 minutes he spent with me. Ultimately, he sent me to physical therapy. I went and my back got much worse. I called him back for stronger pain medication because the ones he prescribed to me did not help at all. I absolutely would never recommend this office/department. I saw Dr. Wilson for a consultation for pain management and was in shock by his bedside manner (or lack thereof). He did not introduce himself, did not perform a physical exam to assess my areas of pain, did not review my chart prior to the visit, and only offered me a treatment of injections which I had already explained that I have tried and did not achieve improvement with.
