Professional and outstanding service, but I was disappointed in their ethics. LVPG knew my injuries were from NY, and I was diagnosed and treated both in their orthopedics and physical therapy for 6–9 months. Yet they refused to give me the degree of disability paperwork that I needed for NYS worker's comp. They collected $1000s from the insurer, while I was disabled. Came in last week for nerve testing, the doctor was sick and wearing a mask. She told me everyone was sick at home and how she was sick. Now I have the flu and have passed it to my family. Doctor was literally the only person I have had contact with. So thanks for that. No other complaints
I had an appointment to get muscle, joint, nerve pain in my arm checked out. Receptionists were rude, and my appointment with the Dr was less than 5 min. I was given a treatment plan that I felt like I could have just done myself (wear a brace) And schedule a nerve test that family who’ve had it done say that seems unnecessary if the doctor told me I MIGHT have carpal tunnel.
Absolutely awful to try and deal with. Been trying to get a copy of my MRI report for hours. Phone system will just keep hanging up on you. Ladies that do answer will route you to other offices. You guys are a mess there.
Doctor Terpstra is great. Tore my meniscus and he took a piece of it out. Answered all my questions over and over again. Also did some of my rehab here. The staff is great. I was with Diana and Kevin most of the time and they are absolutely wonderful. Both very knowledgeable and helpful. Therapy is one of my most hated things(being a past athlete with lots of injuries and rehabs). I dreaded going always. But Diana and Kevin make me look forward to going! Matt is also great.
