5/5 for Dr. Jason Rudolph and Lori Crouse for taking care of my daughter's broken wrist a few years ago and most recently my husband's broken ankle. Excellent care and professionalism. 3/5 for the scheduling of physical therapy on the 1st floor. They should be honest and stop accepting patients if they have NO appointments available. It was recommended my husband go 2 - 3x a week but there were weeks when ZERO apts were available and many that he only got in 1x. Dr.Friedman and his staff were great! I saw him for my sons knee as a second opinion. Compared to the first ortho we saw, it was like day & night. Very thorough, great bedside manners & overall a great experience. Thank you!!!
I booked an appointment with this office for Dr. Shana (or whatever her name is) through the MyLVHN app, but the appointment was canceled without a call or notice on the app. I just found out about it through another LVH doctor's office. When I called to inquire, they didn't even have the decency to apologize. They blamed me for scheduling an appointment for my foot when I clearly have a referral for my hip! Have had wonderful experience at dickson city office. East Stroudsburg is horrible. 10 minutes late because of construction I live an hour away from the office I called the office four times asking them am I coming there for nothing I checked in the lady said I was on time but the doctor canceled my appointment. So unprofessional.
