Ever since Dr.Tangi left, this place has gone down hill. Every year I had a different gynecologist and they all seem unhappy to be doing their job. I have not been back to this location since 2022! Because Dr.McDermott quite literally shamed me for asking to be screened for PCOS. First, they didn’t want to take me because I was 5 minutes late, only for them to have a physicians assistant come speak to me, when I requested to have a Dr. consult due to my concerns. I love the doctors and midwives here. But the staff is very lacking in compassion and courtesy. It's going on my 3rd pregnancy and I need medical paperwork filled out for work and again they have lost it and no one will answer the calls when calling and never return voice messages either. I would give 0 stars if allowed.
Waited over 6 months for new patient appointment and they called me 1 week before to cancel due to provider lesving At end of month my appt was7/11 why can’t I be seen before end of month before she leaves ? After waiting 6 months??? Then they tried to schedule me for October!! Will never recommend them to anyone don’t even waste your time
Dr Greene is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and the process of exams easy but also leaving very informed. I will never see another provider for my obgyn appts
