As soon as I walk in I felt very uncomfortable with the way the front desk lady looked at me when I went to check in she looked at me like if she never seen a Hispanic woman walk in she was talking to me nice but I can tell it was giving off a fake vibe.. I never had a problem with my doctor, but they truly didn’t answer or address any concerns with results. I reached out to my primary with all my questions a day or two later still kit hearing from the doctor or the office. I called and voiced concerns and had no clear direction on prescriptions either. I was told the office manager would reach out and it’s been over a week for that as well. I won’t be returning.
