As soon as I walk in I felt very uncomfortable with the way the front desk lady looked at me when I went to check in she looked at me like if she never seen a Hispanic woman walk in she was talking to me nice but I can tell it was giving off a fake vibe.. I never had a problem with my doctor, but they truly didn’t answer or address any concerns with results. I reached out to my primary with all my questions a day or two later still kit hearing from the doctor or the office. I called and voiced concerns and had no clear direction on prescriptions either. I was told the office manager would reach out and it’s been over a week for that as well. I won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was awaiting results. I lost my right tube because of their inability to answer the phone or retrieve messages after the Dr told me she would be standing by. I was supposed to get a call back right away. I got a call back 5 days later. By that time it was too late. My tube almost ruptured. If you have an emergency, this is not the place to call.
