First, I was referred from this office (which my plan does not require and I pointed out) to another office with terrible reviews. One even stating that office lacks help and support with my specific condition. This made me feel uneasy about their judgment, unsupported and not taken seriously. Alexi in scheduling is the most ignorant individual I’ve ever encountered with. Please retrain on HIPPA LAW
They considered me "high risk" because I'm medicated for hypothyroidism I switched at 24 weeks to another provider who did not consider me high risk since I'm medicated with controlled levels. Felt like a $$$$ grab with all the unnecessary extra appts. Lehigh valley is a horrible system and I'm so tired of dealing with them
