This is arguably the worst office in the LVHN network. You can never reach the office. In person when I was trying to check out at the end of an appointment, the front desk person held her finger up at me because she was taking a personal call on her cell phone. I was scheduled for my internal exam and when I checked my mylvhn app I saw that my physician had been changed to a male doctor I have NEVER met before. This office is a joke, do not go here.
Nobody answers phone. Tried to call 10x no answer. How do they expect people to make appts with no answer ?
Receptionist was very nice. The Dr. was completely horrible. Didn't even bother to turn on the computer. Don't think she even looked at my chart. Was extremely rude and acted like I'm a bad patient and liar. Complained at me for not getting x rays done (when I knew I didn't need an x ray anyway, and the reason they didn't do an x ray was because they thought I could be pregnant).
