So FURIOUS!!! I originally had an appointment for July. Got a text last night stating new available time for March 16 at 1:40pm. I decided to take it. This is to be my 1st appointment in this office with a new practitioner. 1st, I get a text last night confirming the new appointment and also to arrive 15 mins early. Do better front desk staff.
Went here for my first pregnancy appointment which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. My care team was very comforting and recommended additional services for the emotional tole of a miscarriage. I only wish we had the same doctor throughout the process, all of my appointments were with new doctors.

Go to St Lukes instead. Front desk people are on a power trip. 5 stars for the provider herself... Dr Jillian Labatch is a total sweetheart, but she was off the day after i got test results back. I dont believe my access to medication should depend on which doctor is working what day. Especially when you can see any random provider for an appointment. Maybe its a policy issue but there was obvious annoyance and lack of urgency due to my sense of urgency when i called to ask if anyone could prescribe me meds outside of recept... read more
