Go to St Lukes instead. Front desk people are on a power trip. 5 stars for the provider herself... Dr Jillian Labatch is a total sweetheart, but she was off the day after i got test results back. I dont believe my access to medication should depend on which doctor is working what day. Especially when you can see any random provider for an appointment. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Throughout my entire pregnancy I did not see a single medical doctor despite being considered high risk. I brought up some concerns about some severe swelling I was experiencing and was dismissed every time and told it was just a “normal” pregnancy symptom since my blood pressures were on the higher end of normal (on a good day I run 90/60 so high normal is high for me) and ended up with some significant complications during labor & delivery that required and emergency c section and sent... read more
Dr. Peters was great however the leg work on my fmla paperwork is terrible. I turned in my paperwork on 10/21 and was submitted by the doctor’s office on 10/31. However it was too dark after being faxed. I sent a blank one again to be filled out on 11/11. I have called and messaged multiple times asking for my paperwork to be filled out. I keep being told it’s being written down that it needs to be filled out. It’s now 11/20 and I still don’t have my paperwork filled out. I felt like my concerns were disregarded. Doctor and ultrasound tech came off very rude and uncaring. Felt like I was pushed out of the office without any of my concerns being validated. I wouldn't tell my worse enemy to go here. STEER CLEAR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
