Do yourself a favor and STEERAWAY. Unbelievable, this place has very well educated and informative people and then has some that would have you leaving in tears. I had an ultrasound and was unfortunate to have IRENE— uninterested, unkind and simply just tired. NONE of my photos were decent not even close to presentable. She gave me the pictures that SHE wanted for some reason couldn’t get any nice ones. UNREAL to have to pay for a service that was so displeasing. Very unfair. When I scheduled my first set of appointments, the nurse clearly had an attitude. As a (possible) new patient, this was unexpected. May reconsider.
I am so unpleased with this office and will not be returning. The nurse who I will not mention her name put us through so much unnecessary stress it has ruined my whole pregnancy. I went to this location for my son and they did a great job the pictures were great the doctors were great but with my second it’s been a complete nightmare. Today, I went in for my last appointment and I was excited to see my baby for the last time before delivery since I had to go through so much my whole pregnancy. I wasn’t feeling good, my pulse was already high and I went ib the girl wasn’t polite at all in from of my friend. I always go in and wait for them to look into my baby’s face and she told me in a nasty way to put my phone away. Worst placed that I have to deal during my pregnancy. My visit was at 31 weeks in March. They called me saying it was mandatory. ( I later found out that it was not since I had a couple done already and everything was fine. I was in so much pain, (2 days later I was hospitalized with sciatica nerve pain for 5 days.) Ultrasound Technician did not cared that I was in pain and just continue mishandling me and even told me to "toughen up it gets worst".
