horrible horrible service. been trying to reach out to them for two weeks after my dr told me they’ll reach out to me to schedule an appointment for my ultrasound and they never called me. everytime i called them they would never answer and i was going insane i had to go to a different location to ask them to get a hold of them and even then they couldn’t . never again
I had such an amazing experience with Dana! Very informative and amazing at what she does. I was very anxious but I’m glad to know all is well with baby boy! I was alittle scared due to the reviews I saw but I was happy they weren’t true for me. Highly recommend.
Do yourself a favor and STEERAWAY. Unbelievable, this place has very well educated and informative people and then has some that would have you leaving in tears. I had an ultrasound and was unfortunate to have IRENE— uninterested, unkind and simply just tired. NONE of my photos were decent not even close to presentable. She gave me the pictures that SHE wanted for some reason couldn’t get any nice ones. UNREAL to have to pay for a service that was so displeasing. Very unfair. When I scheduled my first set of appointments, the nurse clearly had an attitude. As a (possible) new patient, this was unexpected. May reconsider.
I am so unpleased with this office and will not be returning. The nurse who I will not mention her name put us through so much unnecessary stress it has ruined my whole pregnancy. I went to this location for my son and they did a great job the pictures were great the doctors were great but with my second it’s been a complete nightmare.
