I was a patient of Dr. Ming for over three years and once found her to be caring and attentive. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Appointments now feel rushed and dismissive. My concerns are not fully addressed, there is little effort to ask follow-up questions or understand the root of the issues, and visits often last less than five minutes. I consistently leave feeling unheard and without real solutions. No patient should feel rushed or burdensome when seeking healthcare.
