Horrible sense my actual doctor left been this place for about 4 years guess what twice already have send medication late last one was called 2 days witch was Thursday and Friday because I know they don't work weekend and still with 2 day calling all keep saying yes send note to doctor last call was at 4pm Friday lady talked to me said was no notes in chart about me calling twice Thursday and 3 times Friday isn't that insane what about medication is about life or dead
I understand that nothing is perfect, but personally we feel good with this facility's, I just been force to changed my Doctor cause she is unreachable, but still feeling blessed cause the substituted is very sensitive and a compassionate person, she is as the past Doctor very politeness and Professional , God Bless you...HND...

On Thursday I called them informing that I tested positive for Covid and need prescription for Paxlovid. Probably it was the Nurse who took symptoms info on phone, and informed me that she will ask the Dr to write the prescription. I checked my online chart several times, there was no documentation regarding our conversation. I kept waiting till Friday afternoon but no one followed up.
