Super great place if you like your medical team to treat you like an inmate rather than a patient. They record your visits with the nurse (you don’t get to see a real doctor) and they lie and change their stories when you request for the recording to be revoked or ask for original copies of your paperwork. I just changed to this PCP group and I had a great first visit with Elena Brinker. She was very kind, helpful, and it was easy to make an appointment online. It's in the old Office Depot building near Wawa Cedar Crest behind it. Parking was easy and the new office looks beautiful.
Four stars because the parking can be inconvenient. I saw Elena Brinker for internal medicine. The office staff was welcoming and friendly. I am very satisfied with my appointment with Elena Brinker. My wait time was minimal. Elena spent over 30 minutes with me hearing my concerns and make a course of action. Her bedside manner is fantastic. I would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a primary care physician.
For over 2 years, my annual physical keeps getting rescheduled due to "a change in the providers schedule". The physician is still refilling my meds, but says, "I haven't seen you in a while, you need to schedule an appt" Well doc, I keep trying but they keep rescheduling. Soooo, I schedule yet again, 6 weeks out, and they call me a week ahead and say, "please call the office, we need to reschedule your appt due to a change in the provider's schedule". Really bad , the waiting is unbelievable! I came at 8:35 am for my appointment 8:40 am and the nurse call me at 9:15 am and still waiting for the doctor to check me . This is so frustrating every time I have an appointment here is a long waiting
