When I make my appointments I expect to see my doctor Frank I'm always seeing other doctors that aren't on top of things like Frank. I needed a prescription faxed yesterday in order for them to fix my prosthetic brace so I can get a new one and she hasn't faxed it over yet, now it's delaying my brace from being made I don't appreciate you telling me that you're going to fax it that day and never did!
