Not a good experience, I broke a bone in my right foot and injured my hand pretty bad and the girl that was at the urgent care that came out and called my name. Thought it was funny that I was limping the way I was and then to make matters worse. They sent me home on crutches, which I could barely do because my hand hurt so bad. No compassion, no concern. Bad experience still not totally resolved I'm trying to reach out could the office manager at Moslem springs reach out to me via email on record or however you want to do it it's public record my last name is l e v a n i have a son whose name is the same last name and his first name begins with an m. Normally I do not really review places like this unless they really make an impact. I've been going here for years and had no issues, but today I met the most friendly doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Grace Shope - she was very friendly and understood everything I was explaining to her without judgement (the student who was learning was also great- sorry I didnt get your name!) Run from this practice, went there for urgent care yesterday was sent to hospital for chest pain was told to follow up with primary, called this morning and yet again when I need to see my doctor I get told "can't see you until next week" I ask why I can never get in to see the doctor when I need to and get told "we have lots of patients and not enough doctors" this has happened at least twice if not 3 times needing to see a doctor and not being able to get the care I need on top of it you get a snitty unhappy little individ... read more
This health network had gone terribly down hill. They used to be great and you could get in for an appointment fairly easily and quickly. They make is so ridiculous to go see another provider at another location. , and don’t even get me started about trying to change a prescription. I only continue to go to them because it’s 2 mins away from my house so it’s convenient but I’ll be switching to St Luke’s
