My partner has found their first primary care doctor through this location and we have always been happy with our experiences. They offer training to medical students, even asking patients permission for them to be a part of the medical evaluations, which was awesome! I've always been able to get through on the phone for questions/concerns. The staff has always been kind. Dr. Grace was great to to work with. The portal is convenient. We really have no complaints :)
I'm very happy with this location. The staff are all very friendly and always remember exactly who I am when I walk in those doors. They ask me about my kids, remember their names - just always great. Dr. P is wonderful and very special shout out to Kayla, who really went above and beyond in helping me get scheduled for my flu shot. Thank you!!
Not a good experience, I broke a bone in my right foot and injured my hand pretty bad and the girl that was at the urgent care that came out and called my name. Thought it was funny that I was limping the way I was and then to make matters worse. They sent me home on crutches, which I could barely do because my hand hurt so bad. No compassion, no concern. Bad experience still not totally resolved I'm trying to reach out could the office manager at Moslem springs reach out to me via email on record or however you want to do it it's public record my last name is l e v a n i have a son whose name is the same last name and his first name begins with an m. Enough personal information and he was born in April of 1990. Normally I do not really review places like this unless they really make an impact. I've been going here for years and had no issues, but today I met the most friendly doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Grace Shope - she was very friendly and understood everything I was explaining to her without judgement (the student who was learning was also great- sorry I didnt get your name!)
