It is usually hard to find a good primary care physician unless you get a good reference from someone you know. Hopefully this will work as a reference for someone. I saw Dr. Balloqui and I have nothing but good things to say about the appointment. I had to wait about a week to get the appointment that I needed, but because I made an appointment I waited approximately three minutes at the second desk and zero minutes at the first one. It was my first time visiting Dr. Balloqui and he was wonderful. The front desk receptionist was really helpful and kind too. They provide a warm, safe and welcoming environment. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

If you ever have questions, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone; they never answer the phone. I am always sent to voicemail. By the time they call back I’m always busy and cannot answer. I’ve arrived at appointments 15 minutes ahead of time like they request and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the time the appointments were scheduled. There is also one particularly rude nurse practitioner there that I always seem to get when going there for express care visits. Dr Haas is very professional and got things done to the point. Every question i asked was answered and now i got all my lab specimen lined up to check my overall health at age 31. Would recommend her!
