Without doubt, the worst physician group in the area. Disorganized and unprofessional from the physians to the office manager, Megan. What a mess! Poor and highly negligent service in every single aspect from initial care to total lack of follow up. It’s astonishing how they stay open.
Zero stars for Dr Vivek Gautam for his dishonest, irresponsible and negligent care, failure to submit paperwork in a timely manner and then had the audacity to blame the patient. Avoid any form of care with him. When a practice has this many one star reviews, there is a reason! No lack of physicians in the Lehigh Valley. Do not waste your time with such abominable sloppy “care”.
PA-C Kamp and Dr. Kingry were wonderful to deal with. The rest of the staff are both extremely professional and courteous. They are always willing to accommodate me for a short notice appointment and have been helpful with specialist referrals. Definitely recommend this place. No matter who you are seen by, the level of care is fantastic! Shout to Christine who was extremely nice at check in!
