We waited in the waiting room for over an hour while it was empty just to see if my daughter has an ear infection. I rarely come here for this reason even though it is the closest to my house. Poorly ran and staffed!
This month only we has visited this Express Care four times. Every time we have had an excellent experience, with all the staffing. From the front desk ladies,the medical assistants, and the providers ( two MD’s, one PA, one CRRNP) we were treated on time and the care was provided. Very clean facility and excellent location. Keep up the good work.
Stopped by on a random Tuesday in October around 6:30. The office was packed. There were 9 people ahead of me. We waited in the car. When I was called at 7:30 the appointment went quickly. Everyone was friendly and they actually listened to me. I had a very good understanding of my situation/medical condition. The physician listened to my symptoms and agreed with my assessment of my condition. I was out of there by 8:00 and I’m on my way to a quick recovery. Thanks to the staff at LVHN ExpressCare
I went in to get my eye looked at after my dog jumped on me and scratched my eye. Everyone who helped me from the receptionist to the doctor were very professional and courteous. I was able to get in and out in less than 45 minutes and had my prescription called in to my pharmacy without any issue.
