I honestly see the reason behind some of the negative reviews. My first time visiting them a few months ago was perfectly fine with no issues. This time they were rude and never gave clear, straight answers to any questions. They immediately get defensive when you ask questions or for clarification. I had Silvana M DaSilva as the medical provider and she is a poor excuse for a doctor with no compassion or personable qualities whatsoever.
