I have been coming this place for a few years and have seen a decline in the last year! If I could give Zero stars now, I would! I was recently seen 3 times in the LVHN Express care in Whitehall over a 3 week span because I couldn’t get in with my PCP. First visit-I came in for a bad sore throat/swollen tonsil. No tests were done, just was told it’s viral and sent home. Second visit-Came back because it just wasn’t getting better with any home remedies. This time tested for strep, showed up negative. I definitely will not recommend Dr Sean Heintz i normally have a very good experience at this location staff and receptionist always very helpful and friendly I took my son yesterday because he was just different to me being that he only one years old he can’t communicate with me to tell me exactly what’s wrong with him I took him to this location Dr Sean Heintz seem very arrogant to me and passive he actually made me feel stupid like if I shouldn’t had brought him to urgent care Dr Sean Heintz attitude towards the situation... read more
