Came in with my 8 yo who had been coughing non stop to the point of vomiting several times a night. The receptionist was a delight. The medical assistant was SO mean. My daughter was worked up over having to go to the doctor and the MA couldn't even give us a "hello," let alone a reassuring word. This caused my daughter to be even more worked up. Quickly and effective live the staff
I usually have a great experience at this location—the staff and receptionists are always helpful and friendly. However, my visit yesterday with Dr. Sean Heintz was extremely disappointing. I brought my one-year-old son in because something seemed off, and since he’s so young, he can’t communicate what’s wrong. As a parent, I just wanted to make sure he was okay. I have been coming this place for a few years and have seen a decline in the last year! If I could give Zero stars now, I would! I was recently seen 3 times in the LVHN Express care in Whitehall over a 3 week span because I couldn’t get in with my PCP. First visit-I came in for a bad sore throat/swollen tonsil.
