Gentlemen maned Paul D (he said his last name was D) was incredibly rude. He basically threw my paperwork back at me. I had been there the day before and paid the 15 for a copay for a physical. Waited for a couple hours, asked how much longer it would be and was told “no idea” so I went out to reception and the woman said we can make an appointment for you for tomorrow since your dr sees patients out of this office. Amazing....My 4 year had an ear infection. The staff from start to finish was patient with her. She was given a thorough exam. It only took 30 min.

This health center is terrible. I can't speak for all, but this one in particular is awful. I came in sick with body aches and cold symptoms along with shortness of breath, only to be given paperwork to treat a chest strain. I had not strained anything, but when I questioned the DOCTOR he told me oh that's just the paperwork we give everyone by default for this. Default paperwork?! Shouldn't you be giving me paperwork that actually has anything to do with my symptoms ??!
