Horrible experience scheduling, never got in to see a doctor. I had to reachedule initial appointment and waited three months for the next. Then they canceled that one on me, were nasty on the phone, and only gave me the option for another one three months later. If someone is ILL how does it help to make them wait months? I will look elsewhere.

I have had 2 appointments canceled on me and couldn’t reschedule for months out. I have been seeing different endocrinologists throughout the years through Lehigh valley ever since I became a diabetic. I am always on time for my appointments except today when I was 5 mins late. I tried to call to notify the office however no one picked up the phone I called more than once. Terrible experience with this office. You are never able to speak to someone when you call. I have been waiting weeks for a prescription refill. The best I've gotten so far is a voicemail stating i should make an appointment (which usually ends up being canceled) to talk to my doctor. My pharmacy has tried numerous times to contact the office to refill my Iinsulin over the last month with no approval or authorization from the doctor. Your response time is unacceptable. You are unreliable and have no care for your patients. My family’s experience over the last year has been horrendous. You are dealing with people who die if they don’t receive their medications. Not returning calls and not signing prescriptions and following up with your patients when you are told they need their medications and accessories for their pump is inexcusable. We will be reporting you to the board for your negligence.
