I recommend going here if you like having your time wasted! I scheduled a surgery for June 12th six months in advance. I had a pre-surgery appointment on May 30th where I was told they cannot do my surgery on June 12th anymore and have to change it to June 5th because the doctor is going on vacation the week of the 12th. Nobody decided to call me and tell me this, no they waited until not even a week before to tell me.
