If I could give this place a ZERO I would. The Doctor was nice but since it was my 1st (and last) time being seen there, he was a know it all about me. Tried telling me to see a chiropractor (LOL) and basically that my spine issues were non existant. Also stated that my spine wasn't fused when he was looking at the neck MRI instead of my lower spine (which was confirmed many years ago) and insisted that my MRI from many years ago was good enough to go by instead of ordering a new one. Wouldn't recommend this location. I had a cervical spine MRI come back with a very apparent issue causing a very apparent problem I was complaining of symptoms for. When I was seen they rushed through looking at my MRI and said "Yeah, but this problem won't account for your other pain and fatigue" and instead of offering any treatment for the problem at hand, they said do an EMG and sent me on my way. I'm very surprised to see any bad reviews. My experience has been fantastic here. They are responsive and efficient whether by phone, in person or the portal. Dr. Kalola is wonderful. I am being treated for pinched nerve and I couldn't be happier with the approach to my care. Highly recommended!
Nothing like making an appointment, only to have the assistant call you back 10 minutes later. Telling not to bother coming in you don’t need surgery, and I have not even seen a doctor yet. You make an appointment for an evaluation, and they can diagnose without even seeing or knowing your symptoms. Wonder what medical school they went t.
