Didn't even get to see doctor with appointment. Front desk was unreasonably rude. I will be going elsewhere.
This place is not a reliable or professional company. Been trying to get an appointment for a year. You heard me, a year. They do not answer the phones or return phone calls. Patient be fore warned. Bad management. No customer service. Terrible organization
The most horrific place for communication, The scheduler at Dr. Garber must be non-existent, after 3 calls and NO return call I gave up, Maybe the Dr's are good but the Office help, HORRIBLE. How can I trust my spine to a place that can't even return a call, God help me if I had a procedure with complications, I'd probably die before someone got back to me, Moving on to another referral as soon as I get it.
Whoever answers the calls for referral, I can not call Rreceptionist”, because they are not!!! This institute needs to hire professionals one, humanitarian person. They don't realize they get paid bc patients like us need attention from these doctors. I had bad experience today, they had the referral and they lied saying they haven't received any, they are rude, she hates the job.
