So went here first time visiting there to me they are not organized like they should be it took two mths to finally get an appointment they finally reached out I was told they was on Sahara and Durango at the corner ok I get to corner I see this place nowhere so I called this place to get directions as usual can't ever get threw so I called my old neurologist office spoke with Ashley the one took my medical records up there herself cause Dr Garber team and staff kept saying they didn't have my records or right referral so an... read more
This Company is HORRIBLE.!! They NEVER answer the phone and will not call you back. The automated options they have available when calling the main number are filled with doctors that no longer even work for this company and they constantly say "this voice message machine will not be monitored." If I could give them less stars than 1 then I would. This facility makes it entirely too difficult to even speak to someone over the phone.
Not very good. They never return calls, never answer the phone, take too long to schedule anything and when you get an appointment the wait time is over an hour just to spend less than 5 minutes with the doctor and my insurance was charged $1000 for awful service. I would like another referral to a better place. What's the point of having a phone system if it's just for show?
Waited on hold for 45 minutes to make an appointment and nobody answered. Called back several times and nobody answered just kept putting me on hold.
