The staff was very nice, helpful and caring.
I chose this office for my concussion care because the worst anyone could say about it here is that there's a grouchy receptionist. The medical providers are outstanding, and took excellent care of me. 6 stars, and throw a sticker or something in there too. I've never found Genie to be anything more than frantic, and her knowledge of medical billing and efficiency are outstanding and very necessary in today's healthcare system. As a patient, be patient. Tamara Callendar was amazing. Very attentive to detail, extremely knowledgeable of concussions. We felt cared about. I highly recommend seeing her!!
Horrible front staff. Genie is very rude and talks about patients while at the front desk. I would recommend not going here. Providers are all CRNP's, you do not see a doctor. The MA that roomed us was nice, but that's about it. No good care at all.
Front desk staff is very rude. Ma's are super nice. My child saw Tamara who was really nice and also Dr. Sensenig who was also very nice. Ma's super nice and attentive. Front staff not so nice and never seem to be busy enough. Also, have heard front staff talking about patients and not in a good way. Another thing I noticed is that the Ma's seem to be over worked. Poor girls do everything in that office. Seems like management needs to pay more attention.
