Are these people even doctors? Mis- diagnosed me 2 times, charged me, will not allow formal disputes, and wants me to return for follow ups.

This office has not respected my time or responded to questions in a timely manner. I had to take an extra hour off work due to waiting 50+ minutes for a regular, scheduled preventative care visit. Later in the year, I submitted a question in the LVHN user portal, but over a week and a half later, it is still unanswered, despite calling to follow up on the status. On 2/19/25 I had my annual physical with Dr Izquierdo-Santiago, my regular PCP was unavailable. When he came into the room, I thought ok younger Dr. then my PCP maybe I'll consider changing, nope not gonna happen. At the start of the appointment, he asked if I had any issues I wanted to discuss. I mentioned an issue I had. He spent 1-2 minutes examining the issue and said to monitor it, if it persists we can order an x-ray and moved on to conduct the quickest physical I have ever gone through.
