I would say the staff here is very friendly & vibrant. The time spent to call your child in is by far exceptional. I brought my daughter in for flu like symptoms and the Nurse Practitioner stated that she would do a rapid flu test which is a Nasal swab, the results would be in 10 minutes. We went to do a chest x ray and when we returned she states that my daughter tested positive for strep A and influenza A. She prescribed an antiviral and an antibiotic for her. This is my preferred urgent care for me and my kids. Everyone is always so friendly. Yes they get busy- so you can wait but thats the nature of urgent care lol. The doctor is always on point with the diagnosis’s and I’ve always been treated correctly. The receptionists are nice and so are the nurses. Surprised they had such a bad review but you can check the website to see the wait. That’s what I do.
