I've had to visit here a few times recently. Always very quick. Usually in and out in about 20 minutes. The only time I had to wait any longer was when there was a very large number of patients waiting. All the staff are great and genuinely concerned about your well-being.
Went because I suspected I had the flu and wasn’t even tested for anything. The doctor prescribed me amoxicillin which did absolutely nothing since I have the flu which cannot be treated with that type of medication. Almost two weeks later and I’m still sick, this visit was so unhelpful and I’m kicking myself for not asking them to test me. Just don’t go here, the Bartonsville location staff is excellent and I would have went there if the line wasn’t so long.
I have brought my kid here a bunch of times and I’m surprised at the low rating. It’s always fast and the doctors/nurse practitioners there are always kind and efficient. It’s our go to express care.
