Was told to come here for a cat scan. Was on a Sunday and we were told to come back in a hour, so we did. Place was sorta empty and not many around. Was put in a room where a guy who made me very nervous came in and didn't explain anything to me, just pretty much grabbed my arm for blood work, using the bed to lay everything down and dropped something on the floor. They took me in right away. Super nice people.
After years of going to the main hospital and being treated like a bill/payment on the doctors Tesla, I have found this Express Care two miles from me. I’ve had to go there 3 times in the last two years and twice in the last six months. I come in and the staff truly cares. From P.A. Rachel to the nurses, to M.A. Luisiana and the always happy Bethany up front. From stitches, to eye infections and today, a double ear irrigation, everyone here is amazing. Thanks everyone for going above and beyond.
