Went here for a physical. Smaller scale office, friendly staff, comfortable environment vs larger practices and hospitals. Not all hustle bustle, wait time wasn't long. I used their online check in, sped up the process. I was able to do a walk in, rather than a long waited for appointment. Prefer going here over St. Lukes. More personable and overall better patient experience.
Our medical community has really gone downhill. I went there with a massive lump and swelling in my ribs. The doctor noticed it said he would give me a CT scan so I took the CT scan with that poisonous contrast. I noticed that the only notes that were with the results of the CAT scan scan was the information that I provided to the tech for the CAT scan. She didn’t even write down my concern about my organs. Was told to come here for a cat scan. Was on a Sunday and we were told to come back in a hour, so we did. Place was sorta empty and not many around. Was put in a room where a guy who made me very nervous came in and didn't explain anything to me, just pretty much grabbed my arm for blood work, using the bed to lay everything down and dropped something on the floor. After years of going to the main hospital and being treated like a bill/payment on the doctors Tesla, I have found this Express Care two miles from me. I’ve had to go there 3 times in the last two years and twice in the last six months. I come in and the staff truly cares. From P.A. Rachel to the nurses, to M.A. Luisiana and the always happy Bethany up front. From stitches, to eye infections and today, a double ear irrigation, everyone here is amazing. Thanks everyone for going above and beyond.
