I want to preface my review with I have had a great experience here in the past with a different provider. I have never had any issues with the RNs or the front desk and found them to always be very fast in providing service. My most recent experience however was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had. I will never go back to this facility I have a sinus infection and they said they don't give medication for sinus infections how do they expect people to get better

As noted in other reviews, I was seen by Adam Leferovich and feel like I was not diagnosed properly. I came in for earaches/fluid in my ears, sinus pain and congestion that has been going on for over a month, post nasal drip, chest tightness, cough and fever. It was noted in my after visit summary that I was not in acute distress, no nasal drip or congestion - my nose was never even looked into, and visible ear fluid in both ears. I have almost always had a bad experience with express care but I can not say the same for this place. I know it depends what day and time but when I came in there was no wait. Lady at the front desk was professional and so sweet! She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The nurse was friendly as well she made me laugh. I was then seen by Abby and she made the experience very pleasant and kept checking on me to see if I was okay. Going to the doctor is sometimes scary for me but they made it a good experience. Xray technician made it very clear she didn’t want to be there; rolled her eyes when I asked to go back with my 5 year old for her xray and made it seem like it was an inconvenience, both my daughter and I needed chest X-rays. My daughter was asked to put a gown on, this is something I would expect a child’s parent to be present for. I had no problem stepping outside the door when the xray was be taken. It’s unacceptable to expect a parent to wait in the waiting room for a 5 year old child.
