Just need to share how impressed I was with the care I received from Eric Soult, PA at LVHN ExpressCARE-Fogelsville, Maria and Kiana. On 6/10/25, I visited this site, examined by Eric who took time to hear my history, cautiously reviewed my lengthy file of my on-going health issue, asked all the right pertinent questions and recommended Rx's that provided comfort. All staff were extremely friendly and understanding. They took the time to go over everything and discuss options. They made sure we understood everything before we left.
Long wait time for a scheduled physical but very nice staff.
Honestly very disappointed in the last 3 and a half hours I’ve tried to get in contact with them a total of 7 times and left 2 messages and when the one time someone picked up the phone they hung up right away. What are we supposed to do if we can even access or utilize an urgent care?
This place is absolutely terrible. They refuse to follow custody orders and refuse to communicate with fathers. I now have a billing issue for a non-emergent situation that they were not legally allowed to treat my son for. Now I’m dealing with the unprofessional billing department at LVHN because they “claim” they have not been paid by insurance even though all records that I can obtain show payment.
