Drove to this sight to find out they don't take my insurance unless you have a Dr on site. I was ok with it all. They sent me to pennsburg off since they take my insurance. Drove all the way there to find out they close @3. Would of been nice if someone told me about this before I drive all over the place to get the help I needed.
This place is useless!! I had an earache. They said I had wax build up. They did not have the necessary products to help. I left there the same as I went in! They told me to go pick up earwax cleaner at the drug store. Told me to come back in 2 days if it didn’t help! The nurse practitioner was very unpleasant no bedside manner, no empathy for the pain I was in. I left there feeling like I was a pain in their backside.. This is not a walk-in express care anymore. They only have 1 Physician assistant working. The wait is more than an hour or 2. We checked in at 5pm and got out 7pm. They don’t have enough staff . No improvement with Jefferson acquiring LVHN. Existing staff is friendly.
NP Lauren at Urgent Care is really wonderful. All of Urgent Care including check in is really quick and efficient
In and out super quick! NP Lauren was great! Friendly, thorough, made sure I knew all my options and gave me alternatives that best suited my medical needs. She was caring and compassionate and made me feel like I was in good hands.
