First time at an urgent care. Came here Thursday morning and they weren't busy, so the experience may be different when they are busy. Only waited a short time and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and caring. Mark, the pa, took his time and really listened to understand what the problem was - I was impressed with his care. He was never rushing, taking his time and answered all my questions. Thank you to the team for the care I received.
Mark Houle, the Physician Assistant, was so patient and kind with me during my urgent care visit. He really took the time to listen to my concerns, and I felt validated and understood by him. Super compassionate provider!
Aimee brode wrote in my chart i was intoxocated and smelled like alcohol. I was there for a chest infection. Had cofffee liquid iv all day my blood sugar also runs high. I used mouth wash due to being a smoker.. Severely ill didnt sleep in days. Wrote in notes things i complained about that were wrong that said that I didnt . Put I was alert and oriented. My husband was seen and treated there yesterday and had poor to minimal care. He came in to get his fingers looked at after he sliced and crushed them. They washed them and then barely looked at them before sending him for an X-ray at another facility. Before we left I asked from some sort of brace to keep them straight and from moving. The doctor came back with them didn’t even offer to put them on. Handed them to me to put them on. They started bleeding again and I had to ask for bandaid to put on as well. Dr. bilali has misdiagnosed me twice with an ear infection & has put me on antibiotics for no reason after I expressed I have Gut issues and don’t want to take it so to make sure. I went same day to get a second opinion at a different express care the PA said no infection & a ENT specialist the next day & both said he was wrong there was no bulging or infection like he said. The issue was TMJ related.
