I had a horrible experience with PA-C, Debra Roeder-Wilson. She misdiagnosed me with lice and had horrible bedside manner. Debra treated me as if I had a plague and was not willing to answer any of my questions. I had never dealt with lice nor never knew anyone who did. I was completely dumbfounded when she said I had lice. This place is my go to and as if I didn’t already love it here, NP Tyler was sooo amazing tonight. I got there right before close, but everyone was still extremely friendly, thorough and helpful. They politely educated me and I am very grateful.
Great experience! Took my 2 year old child to LVHN Children’s ExpressCare, for the first time. Check in was efficient. Very short wait time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for great care!
This place is always clean, staff is helpful, informed, and welcoming. Great place to go for pediatric urgent care.
My mother in law took my daughter to the children’s express care and she saw doctor Alexandra Razzi, she told my mother in law my daughter had fluid in her ears and an upper respiratory infection, mind you my daughter is 2 years old, she can’t tell us what’s hurting or what’s wrong, anyways she sent them home and told her to give her Benadryl, well we had to go back the following week and my daughter now has a double ear infection, instead of just prescribing her an antibiotic in the first place she’s dealing with this, this... read more
