A great kids express care!
Walked in for x-rays of my daughter’s foot. Asked if they were busy and an approximate wait time. They said there was no wait. After sitting in the back room for a doctor for 45 min, with no update on what was even going on, I asked. Xray had a long wait. After an hour we got x-rays. Brought back to the room and wasnot even told if the doctor was going to see my daughter or not. Communication is key. Sesame Street crew running the show.
Took my daughter as a walk in due to her having symptoms of an ear infection, I was told it was just a cold and she would fine. Not even 6 hours later she was crying in pain with a fever. Took her to a different urgent care the next morning and they right away diagnosed her with a double ear infection.
