another update: We just spoke to a manager after a fourth phone call in which their representative gave us a lame/different excuse on why it's taken over a month to send out an itemized receipt and she couldn't explain nor could understand why this process now takes so long nor why their representatives would continue to say it's mailed out when their own system say it's not . if this is representative of how the medical staff is, we'll find somebody else who's more competent and can properly address issues that could so sim... read more
I know AI is supposed to be wonderful, but it now takes MONTHS to simply get an itemized receipt for EVERY SINGLE BILL/CHARGE which is needed for a flexible medical account now...You have to wait 2 weeks for the system to "process" then call to make a formal request (the average phone calls takes 23 minutes each time!!!), which means you have to say/verify the same information three times just to get it to the right department. Usually nice staff but Once in a while you may run into someone who is not very pleasant which is too bad bc when you're sick, it's tough.
