For being one of the premier Hospitals in the Lehigh Valley area, can someone please explain why after multiple attempts over 3 separate days, no one will answer the phones in the Billing Department??? I have called other areas of the hospital to see if they could transfer me themselves, and I keep getting sent to the same are. I have waited multiple times, upwards of 2hrs on hold before I was disconnected. What is going on!!! Is this how Jefferson is going to run this joint?
Very nice staff! Broke my leg and they got me taken care of quickly and respectfully. Tamara, Nadima, Dr Cipolle, Dr Harrison and PA Nolter are amazing! The food is food too for hospital food
