I really wanted to have a great experience with LV Wood -- their wood samples are gorgeous and the people I dealt with were all extremely nice, but I ended up having to return TWO batches of reclaimed wood that was clearly not what I asked for and ultimately go with a different vendor. That's the short version. I've had my LV Wood Hakwood flooring for 10 years now, and it is by far the best purchase and investment we made in our home. It looks as beautiful now as it did when it was installed. I'm so happy we worked with LV Wood, my only reason for 4 stars is that I was not using a designer at the time and found the process a little confusing, wish LV had been a little more "user friendly" otherwise, no complaints.

I just called to ask if they sell wood veneer. And the lady just hang up on me. Never gonna go there for sure. The custom service is horrible.
