These guys saved my day!!! a pipe in my bathroom broke and my whole house flooded. They were able to fix the pipe and replace it with a new one. I am very grateful!!!
Zach and Cory showed up on time - face masks in place - to install our SafeStep walk-in tub. They accomplished an absolutely PERFECT installation! Electrical: perfect. Plumbing: perfect. Mechanical aspects of installation: perfect. During their effort in our home they were personable, polite and completely professional. After completion of the work they accomplished a complete cleanup - dust free! We would welcome this pair back into our home any time.
This crew is awesome to work with!! Kent and Sandy are solution oriented and when above an beyond on my remodel! I had to deal with time delays because of COVID19 and they were upfront, proactive and helped me through the process.. I recommend them to all my neighbors and co-workers. I contacted this company a couple of weeks ago for a small repair job and was given an estimate appointment time from 1pm - 3pm. To make a long, frustrating story short, the company changed my appointment last minute to an agreed time the next day. The technician came 2 hours early, when I was not home. My daughter wasn't able to reach me, let him in but wasn't knowledgeable of exactly what I wanted. I called the company when I got home, upset that he didn't come when he was expected.
