Very rude and unprofessional. I made a purchase, for something my doctor prescribed, once I was home I found that there was a defect in the product. I understand that there are no refunds so I called them up to see if I could exchange the product or if I needed to contact the manufacturer...not an issue for me either way, I was just trying to find the fastest way to get a usable product; I was treated like I was lying in order to get something for free or get my money back, which was not the case, I was just trying to get a ... read more
