Went in for a pedicure which was fine. Customer service was “okay” but tools looked dirty. Smelled like noodles in the atmosphere.
Yo elegí hacer me uñas acrílicas pero el proceso fue un poco aburrido pero me quedaron bien. Lo único que no me gustó fue que solo me duraron 2 a 3 semanas. Yo esperaba que me duraran al menos un mes. Otra dificultad fue la comunicación. Ellas hablan inglés pero no se les entiende al 100% Solo había una persona que hablaba español pero ella no esta disponible todo el tiempo.
This nail salon is one of the best ones in Gainesville. Their prices are reasonable and the service they provide is amazing! I recently came in on a Friday to get my nails done and got a French manicure gel set. The paint was unfortunately chipping off within the 2 days.. but I came the following Monday and spoke to Kim, the manager, about it and without hesitation she took care of me and got my nails fixed within the hour I arrived! Really nice people. Amazing job, and they massage your arms and hands if you get a manicure. This was my first coming, and I definitely won't be my last.
I have been a client at this nail salon, and their previous one, for over a decade. Kelly is the absolute best! She always takes her time with me and makes certain that I am happy before I leave. I love it that I can have my pedicure at the same time as well. They are always engaging, professional, and I NEVER feel rushed. I always make an appointment because my time is valuable and they accommodate me around my scheduled time. They are simple the best!!! Love them ♥️
