A good customer service, and very professional, I have been trying some Nail Salons around Gainesville, but all of them made my feel disappointed, until I found LV Nails Salon, and I'm pretty sure that will be my salon for many years.
My FAVORITE salon! I pass at least 20 nail salons just to get to LV. Their prices are amazing compared to anywhere I've been before, like a set that would be at least $120 elsewhere was $80! Also, the staff is so sweet and accommodating, they give out cute lotion sets for holidays, they have a great reward system, and overall I've never had an issue with their services! Went for a pedicure and the gentleman who was Performing the service reached in the cart for the "grater" to use on my heels. I stopped him and said NO. He was taking it out of a dirty container with other dirty tools, and the towel on the bottom was also dirty. I will never go back. Unknown if they sterilize their tools. Period I asked about it and they pointed to a autoclave, but that does not mean they use it. Went in for a pedicure and when i saw a man come out with a tray of tools and a crusty used brush I walked out! I thought it was better to endure a little embarrassment than risk getting any type of fungis from the possibly unsanitary clippers and disgusting brush. Also, i’ve had men do my manicures but something about a man massaging my legs made me very uncomfortable.
Just went here for the first time today. The lady had the best price I’ve seen in over TEN YEARS. Literally that alone sold me. Then the work was **chefs kiss** the lady was so so so sweet, as I literally came over from the gym and was a tad shaky from my pre workout (if ya know ya know) thank you so much for helping me feel like that girl again!!!!!!
