I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $20 for a soak-off, but instead of properly soaking off my nails, the technician pulled the product off. I told her multiple times that it was hurting, and instead of stopping or changing the removal method, I was told to “just go through it” because there were only a few nails left. Had a fill done and within 1 day they were coming off. Asked for ombre nails they gave me a french tip and said " maybe next time' I will not be going back probably the worst fill I've had in 6 years.
Very good communication, took extra time and care to make sure I got what I wanted. Fast, efficient and good work. Would highly recommend.
