I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $20 for a soak-off, but instead of properly soaking off my nails, the technician pulled the product off. I told her multiple times that it was hurting, and instead of stopping or changing the removal method, I was told to “just go through it” because there were only a few nails left.
