Phoebe is the BEST!!! She always does a great job but this time she was so good. It had been at least 3 months since my last pedicure from a salon in California. Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. So my feet were bad! Phoebe did her magic and I left with feet that felt and looked great. Thank you Phoebe for always taking care of me!!!
