I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply troubling incident I experienced on July 8th 2025 at your premises, specifically involving a private parking attendant representing your property or a contracted service. I've almost always had great experiences here. I most often see the male nail artist. He's efficient, kind and very good at his job. He's never knicked my skin or made me bleed at all. He's good at accommodating designs and asking if shapes and lengths are good. Of the 4 or 5 times I've come to get fills. There was only one time that didn't quite go as planned. And he wasn't the one doing my nails. But I'm happy to come back and get my nails refreshed. I definitely recommend

They did an amazing job paying close attention to little details. Didn’t feel rushed and felt like they asked if I liked things along the way to make sure I was happy! Will def come again!
