AWFUL customer service. I walked in and all technicians turned to look at me and not one word was said. After a few minutes, one the technicians rudely asked, “do you have an appointment?” I replied “no” as all social medias state that walk-ins are welcomed. She then proceeded to ask what I needed and I stated that I would like a gel pedicure. The technician got silent and started checking her phone. Came to del rio to work and needed our nails done. Lv nails did a amazing job. I will recommend them to everyone looking for a good place to go. Ana did mine and she did a great job.
Love this place! All the ladies here are great. Always willing to accommodate my requests for nail art designs.
Gisselle did my nails and it turned out so good!! I also got a pedicure and it was so relaxing. 10/10 would recommend
